Programs  Visual Arts Devotees

Members of the public with a special interest in a particular painting, sculpture, decorative art object, or work on paper that is not on display may make arrangements with the respective curator of these objects for a private viewing. Such arrangements are by appointment only and depend on the availability of the curator. All appointments should be made at least one week in advance so that the desired works can be pulled from storage. The museum also maintains documentation, scholarly files, and bibliographic information on works in its collection, which are available by appointment to scholars, collectors, and other seriously interested parties from the museum registrar.
