The UW Horn Choir

December 9, 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM | Mead Witter Lobby

The UW Horn Choir will present its popular annual holiday concert at the Chazen Museum of Art on Saturday, December 9, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. The ensemble of seventeen students—graduate and undergraduate—will perform festive music from many different eras. This event, the 42nd annual Horn Choir concert, is free and open to the public, and will take place in the Mead Witter Lobby.

This will be Grabois’ seventh horn choir concert. Daniel Grabois, Associate Professor of Horn, is a member of the faculty Wisconsin Brass Quintet, is the director of the new Electro-Acoustic Research Space at the Mead Witter School of Music, and is the Curator of the popular science-and-music series SoundWaves at the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery.
